If you have received your order in a damaged condition, including manufacturing defects and wrong products, contact us at – within 24 hours of receiving the product.

It is important that you are very specific when describing the problem with your order.

Once the return is confirmed from our end, do initiate the return process within – days. Make sure the returned product is in its original condition and packaging.

Once the return shipment has reached us, we immediately subject it to thorough examination. Our quality control team will make sure that the problem doesn’t reoccur in our later deliveries.

Refund Terms

Purchased products are not refunded unless it is a manufacturing defect or wrong product issue. To get a refund on your product, call us at – or drop us an email at –. Once we have received the product we will initiate the refund process within – business days. The amount will be credited back to the customer’s bank account as per the guidelines.

Replacement Terms

Cancelling an Order
