The company shall not assume responsibility for delays in postal delivery caused by incomplete address information.
DDS Saree Collection ships sarees in well-protected parcels at minimal cost to our customers. We also extend protection to ensure that you incur no losses in case the courier company mishandles your shipment and/or fails to deliver the product. However, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages and damages after the parcel has been delivered to the aforementioned address.
Our shipping partners normally deliver within – days across India including all major cities.
The shipping time for each product varies a slight amount but the approximate amount stands between – to –. We will send you an email notifying you of your ordered items being handed over to the delivery partners immediately after it occurs. Do note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking IDs to become active on the delivery website.

Return and Cancellation Policy
At DDS Saree Collection we are committed to ensuring that our customers have the best shopping experience. Not only are our products of supreme quality, but we also take care to provide customer-friendly return and cancellation policies.
In the unfortunate event that you need to return our products for refund or replacement, the following should be able to sort the matter in a jiffy.

- If you have received your order in a damaged condition, including manufacturing defects and wrong products, contact us at – within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- It is important that you are very specific when describing the problem with your order.
- Once the return is confirmed from our end, do initiate the return process within – days. Make sure the returned product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Once the return shipment has reached us, we immediately subject it to thorough examination. Our quality control team will make sure that the problem doesn’t reoccur in our later deliveries.
Purchased products are not refunded unless it is a manufacturing defect or wrong product issue. To get a refund on your product, call us at – or drop us an email at –. Once we have received the product we will initiate the refund process within – business days. The amount will be credited back to the customer’s bank account as per the guidelines.
A product can be given up for replacement in case of defects, inaccurate colour, poor quality, etc. Get in touch with us at – or email us at – requesting a replacement. Wait for our acknowledgement mail before shipping back the product to us. On receiving the returned item we will send over the replacement within – days.
Canceling an Order
Upon canceling an order, the refund amount will take around 7 days to be credited back to your account. It may take longer (up to 10 days) depending on the payment gateway used. To cancel your order with us call us at – at the earliest convenience.
